Managers and supervisors will learn the 3 levels of employee conflict and what must be done to effectively deal with each one. Participants will also learn the 5 myths of conflict and a constructive conflict management process.

TIME MANAGEMENT - 2 Hours
Employees will learn a 3-step process on how to identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks in order to circumvent interruptions and increase productivity.
